We do not issue refunds, however if there is an issue on our part feel free to reach out to us using our Contact Us form so we can provide you with the best service resolving the issue. No returns or refunds only exchanges due to receiving the wrong order on our part.
Turnaround Time For Maintenance Booking
Turnaround time is 8-12 business days starting once we receive your package. All Maintenance Booking Orders are to be shipped to 7800 Coral St, Unit 219 Hypoluxo Fl 33462. Once we receive your order our 8-12 business days turnaround time will begin. After you make your purchase please ship out hair within 48 hours after purchase. Email Kleairrkreationbeautygirls@gmail.com with tracking number. Once package is received we will email you letting you know that your turnaround time has begun. When we are done with your service we will ship order back to you and email you with the tracking number.
Shipping Policy
All Kleairr Hair Kare products ship out the same day or the very next business day. Kleairr Kollection ships out within 5-7 business days. Kleairr Beauty Girls ship out the same day or the very next business day. Maintenance Booking Services ship out after we receive your hair and have up to 8-12 business days to ship you your Serviced hair back. Serviced hair can be shipped sooner than 8-12 business days depending on how many orders we have.
